Accomplishes production operator results by communicating job expectations and agreed KPI; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures.
Maintains operators’ orientation and training employees; develops personal growth opportunities and technical specialties in the operation and maintenance of the machine.
Maintains process flow by monitoring and checking the steps and set-up parameters of the process; set processing variables if necessary; monitor critical control points and equipment; monitoring personnel and resources; studying methods; implementing cost reductions; developing reporting procedures and systems; facilitating corrections to malfunctions within process control points; initiating and fostering a spirit of cooperation within and between sections.
Completes a weekly production plan for Processing Line by scheduling and assigning production operators, prepares allocation of RM/PM and resources as stated on plan; establishing priorities of RM/FG transfer; monitoring progress; revising schedules if necessary; resolving problems in line; accomplishing and reporting results of the processing flow on shift production summaries.
Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing OFI quality standards, conforms to cGMP, pest control, waste management and disposals, cleaning and sanitation, hygiene and safety, 5S.
Ensures operation of equipment by calling for repairs if necessary; evaluating new equipment and techniques; support on commissioning new integrated equipment on setting-up parameters.
Provides production information by compiling, initiating, sorting, and analysing production performance records and data; answering questions and responding to requests of the immediate superior
Initiate creation and revision of quality management systems and procedures; He shall maintain and retain documented information relatively to meat processing such as manuals, SSOP and training; implementing change related to the process thus including meat marination, cutting, and packing
Responsible for all non-compliances due to his/her group’s errors negligence and oversights from his/her line and batches produced therein. Ensures reworks and non-conforming products are evaluated and properly disposed of according to the procedures
Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent.
Experience in any of the Meat Line Production processes, NMIS
Willing to be assigned at Caniogan Pasig
