HR BUSINESS PARTNER – TALENT ACQUISITION

RESPONSIBILITIES

The following highlights the description, major tasks, duties, and responsibilities of the role:

  • Designs the selection matrix used in choosing the optimum recruitment channel and source
  • Explores market best practices in the recruitment and placement of employees
  • Conducts job interviews to ensure candidates’ skills and qualification match the job requirements and arrange interviews with hiring managers/business units
  • Maintains up-to-date knowledge of labor legislation, implementing required changes to keep company recruitment processes compliant
  • Directs and supervises the activities of the human resources recruitment team
  • Acts as a point of contact for HIRING managers regarding recruitment topics
  • Builds a quality relationship with internal customers and external associations to identify talents to fill the business requirements
  • Minimize cost incurred in a recruitment process
  • Sets social media communication strategy for different job profiles and functions in an organization
  • Conducts research to identify and select suitable job advertising options
  • Participates in job fairs and career events
  • Advise hiring managers on interviewing techniques.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resource management, business management, labor relations, or related field
  • Proven experience working as a recruiting specialist
  • Sound knowledge of labor legislation and HR practices
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications as well as recruitment software
  • The ability to work efficiently under pressure
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Very good people skills
