Commodities Buyer (Food)

Job Description:

• Oversee, manage, and execute the review, negotiation, purchase, importation, and documentation of materials according to end user requirements.
• Review and management of supplier contract.
• Review and rating of supplier performance.
• Perform demand forecasts and procurement scheduling, to meet demand and ensure availability.
• Collaborate with supply chain groups to identify end user needs.
• Coordinate with Finance & Accounting for budget requirements.
• Resolve order and/or quality issues by coordinating with stakeholders.
• Research and gather information from suppliers, end users, and other industry players.
• Prepare weekly, monthly and ad hoc reports.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• At least 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Food or Commodities
• Good communication skills, negotiating and analytical skills.
